File Defrag employs an innovative technique to reduce future fragmentation by moving file blocks into
fragmented free space on the drive. This reduces the chances of new files themselves becoming fragmented
and maximises the amount of contiguous free space on the drive.

This utility is useful if you've just installed a game, application, movies, music or photos onto your computer.
You can then just choose to defragment the folder where they are located to make sure they are accessed
from the disk as fast and smoothly as possible without having to defragment the entire disk.
