All products are used entirely at your own risk. No responsibility is accepted for any loss
or damage caused through use of the products available at this site.

To use any Cobra Apps products a license must be purchased. This excludes trial or
demonstration versions of the products which may be used free of charge.

The purchase of a license entitles you to install and use the product on a single computer.

You can download a purchased product from this site a maximum of two times. Once this
download limit is reached you will not be able to download the product until updates are
available, of which each individual update can be downloaded a further two times.

The release of a new version of a product (not an update) requires the purchase of a new license.
Updates to licensed products are available free of charge.

Ownership of the license resides with the purchaser.

No purchases are refundable. Please make use of the free trial or demo versions of the products
before purchasing the full product version.

By using any product available at this site, whether a full licensed version or demonstration
version, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Cobra Apps can modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and
at its sole discretion.
